Activate your warranty

Registration is done in the owner portal. You will need your serial number, purchase date, dealer, excavator make and model, and a copy of your invoice.

What happens

1 Sign in to the owner portal, or create an account.
2 Enter your machine’s serial number and purchase details.
3 Upload your invoice — it is stored privately and never shown publicly.
4 The manufacturer reviews your registration. There is no automatic approval.
5 On approval you receive a warranty certificate by email.
